Judy Berenson and I would like to join in solidarity with all the Democratic County Committee representatives of the Great Bay Democratic Club in posting our open letter to LEH District 11, which encompasses the northwestern portion of LEH between Rts. 9 and 539. We urge everyone who sees this letter, whether in District 11 or elsewhere, to please make plans to vote in the 2022 midterm election. Our democracy is stake and your vote matters!

District 03 covers the following:
Homes east of Twin Lakes Blvd and south of Cala Breeze Way.
Homes south of Cala Breeze Way and west of Radio Road, to Playhouse Dr.

Jeff's Camp - Pancake Breakfast

On July 24th at 8AM, there will be a fundraiser Pancake Breakfast at Applebee's in Barnegat to raise money for Jeff's Camp. Jeff's camp is being designed to be a place where veterans can go when in need of help for mental illness, addiction, homelessness and poverty. It is land that was donated by a veteran named Jeff who wanted the land to be given to carry out that legacy.

Veteran Support | Jeff's Camp - Jeff's Camp | A Home for Heroes. Named for late United States Army Veteran and helicopter Crew Chief, Jeffrey Allen Poissant (1961-2017), Jeff’s Camp is being designed to be a place where former US Service personnel can turn to when in need.

The Importance of Young Democrats, and How We Need to Change

It might be time us Democrats to stop asking for money all of the time, and to start focusing more on asking for the commitment, time and talent of this important group.

Hello everyone,

This is the first post on The Great Bay Democratic Club’ s BLOG. The Club is dedicated to promoting democratic values, getting democrats elected and preserving and protecting democracy.

With our very rights and freedom at stake, I think it’s vital to get as many democrats to vote, in the mid term election, as possible. It seems that if we don’t expand our majority in the house and senate, we will be powerless to stop the eroding of our personal freedom. Peggy and I, will do our best to get to know the registered democrats in our district (district 3) of Little Egg Harbor.

As the phrase “all politics is local” states, we have to do whatever we can to ensure that Tim Alexander defeats Jeff Van Drew in November. We’ve all heard people say that “this is the most important election in history”, this may actually be true of this mid-term election.
